Regarding your stay in the villa, τhe TVs are all connected to Netflix and you can watch freely.
On each floor there is a thermostat for the underfloor heating of the house in the winter, as soon as you turn on the heating it heats up in parallel and the water, for the warm months, there is always hot water from the sun.
Your pool is private and available all day, morning and evening.
Nearby there is a mini market, a super market, a pharmacy, a playground that stretches across the entire hill, with many activities for children, there are also cafes, taverns and bakeries.
