Situated only 300 metres from the beach, in the south-eastern edge of Sithonia peninsula, Parea Kalamitsi is a modern complex consisting of 5 residences. It provides free private on-site parking. Kalamitsi offers 3-storey apartments with a bathroom on each floor. Rooms also include a fully equipped kitchen, TV, air-conditioning and a private BBQ. The ground floor opens out to a veranda and the first floor has a pergola balcony. Surrounded by olive groves, and thyme and oregano-covered hills, Parea Kalamitsi Apartments are ideally located in a natural environment which exudes relaxation and serenity. Within walking distance one can find restaurants, bars and a supermarket. The neighbouring Kalamitsi beach offers a wide variety of water sports, such as water skiing, wind surfing and wake boarding. Parea Kalamitsi also features a beach volley court and a children’s playground.

Our property is located in a little prairie among old olive groves. It is created to provide a serene environment for couples, families, or groups of people to arrive and experience the beauty of the surroundings, the safety and resting conditions that every person seeks during a vacation, in order to enjoy themselves or their company and their children. Pleaceful and in place within and all around.

Neighbourhood information

Kalamitsi is situated in an area where you can find the best seashore in the world full of little spectacular sandy beaches with crystal clear waters. The clean atmosphere, fresh air, smells of wild oregano thyme and local bushes and pine cone trees reguvenate the body mind and spirit. Whether you want to stay on the beach swim and read a book, use your tablet or enjoy your loved ones and friends with a refreshment it will be lovely. If you prefer a bike ride, a hike, a short or longer drive around the penninsula, bird or goat watching, visit some antiquities, do water sports including snorklling, you'll feel invigorated. At night do what makes you happy: eat, drink, dance, or sleep but do not forget to also watch the Milky Way. Here it is available.
