Explore a gorgeous corner of Peloponnese, Greece in our lovely coastal home in Agia Triada. Peaceful and private, with over 20 olive trees in the large garden, generous parking and 5min walking distance to a sandy beach, with sea and mountain views. Every room has a large balcony for you to enjoy the fresh air, a good place to have morning coffee or beer in the evening while surrounded by greens and far reach sea views. We have large garden and patio area as well for you to enjoy outdoor dinning. We invested quite a lot and upgraded the living standards in 2024. The whole building contains ground floor and 1st floor two separated flats. You will stay in the ground floor flat which is completely self-contained, consist of open plan kitchen and living space, two separate bed rooms and large designer bathroom. The upstairs flat is reserved for owners use which is only occupied occasionally. Almost all the time you will be there your own and will give you complete privacy and consideration. All rooms have window and door mosquito net installed, so as in summer season to keep bugs away. A perfect place for a family of 4, but able to accommodate max 6 with extra two beds in each bed room. Welcome to our family holiday home! we like travel as much as you do, so the house is only for you to enjoy your own time in most of time. Agia Triada is a very popular village with mixed local residents and foreign holiday makers, it is quiet and peaceful area. There are many hiking routes that take you across the countryside, you will find spectacular sea views from anywhere. I am sure you will enjoy the natural beauty in the area.

The house is a villa type with no immediate neighbours, it is surrounded by trees and flowers that provides a really peaceful and private environment for you to enjoy. The sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away with crystal clear water. Local towns Charakopio and Koroni are 10min drive away, providing lots of cafes, shops and restaurants.
