My name is Haris Diakomihalis, I was born and raised in Nisyros. I have studied Business Administration, and on the island, we have been running a travel agency since 1984, where we provide tickets and information about ferry schedules, vehicle rentals, accommodation, and the management of tourist homes, as well as organized tours. I enjoy sharing the experiences and knowledge of my homeland with visitors. I would be delighted to host you as a guest on my special and unique island. We will welcome you at the port or at any location on the island you specify, and transport you to the accommodation with our own vehicle. We will inform you about how the house operates and give you tips on the places you should visit, as well as suggestions for dining and entertainment Υou will have our phone number, so you can contact us for anything you might need, always ready to assist you. Property information

"To Perivoli is a residential space created with the principle of minimal intervention in the natural environment, the preservation and maintenance of the natural space, and the implementation of recycling within the farm. We aim for visitors to experience their stay as an opportunity to connect with traditional architecture and the land of Nisyros. The space is a farm of approximately two acres, cultivated with mandarin, olive, orange, and lemon trees. The entire farm has been shaped with ancient terraces, known locally as 'tavles' or 'vastadia', as a necessary condition for cultivating the sloping volcanic soil, a feature observed throughout the island. For accommodation on the farm, there is a traditional stone house that serves as bedroom with a double bed and bathroom, and a 16m² tent where guests will find a double bed and a single bed as well. Those staying in the tent, can use the second bathroom on the farm, located just across from the tent. Additional key features include the kitchen, living room, and dining area, all situated outdoors within the farm. The entire farm is covered by internet access. The accommodation is located above the village of Mandraki, on its outskirts, and offers views of the sea and the village. There is free parking available on the municipal road. Access from the road to the house is via a 60-meter illuminated path. The distance from the house to the village is a 10-minute drive, or about 30 minutes on foot. Guests will have access to all areas of the accommodation. The space is private, meaning that guests rent the entire farm."

Neighbourhood information

Nisyros is not a typical Greek island. Apart from the unique volcanic scenery with the ten active hydrothermal craters and natural hot springs, the island has to show a great variety of the composition and shapes of rocks, rich vegetation, amazing fauna, authentic residents, traditional festivals, numerous monuments of culture and four picturesque villages. A small place that deserves the great expectations of everyone.
