New comfortable apartment of 85 sq.m on the third floor of a new building with an elevator. The apartment has two large bedrooms, each with a private balcony. A huge living room with a dining table and a seating area with  comfortable sofa, TV and fireplace. Also a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances and  bathroom with tub and toilet. From the living room there is access to a large front veranda with amazing view of the sea and the port of Lavrio. The veranda has a Jacuzzi and comfortable sofa where you can sunbathe in the morning and relax in the Jacuzzi while watching the amazing sunrise over the island of Makronisos and enjoy the pleasant coolness of the veranda at lunchtime when the sun sets on the back of the house. The apartment owns a parking space in the basement garage of the building. The building has an elevator. For a comfortable sleep of our guests, there is one large double bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room that converts into one large double bed or two single beds. One of the bedrooms has a work desk with an office chair.

PORTO D'ORO APARTMENT is located in the port resort town of Lavrio, just 200m. from the sea and 700m. or 10 minutes walk from the port, the central square of the resort, the promenade and the yacht port with many cafes and restaurants for your evening stroll. Lavrio resort is a large and very developed resort town where there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Several large supermarkets, telephone shops, banks and many cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars. The nearest supermarket is 700m. from the apartment. Rural market on Thursdays 500m. from the apartment. On the central square of the resort 650m. from the apartment you will find a beautiful fountain alley with many shops, restaurants and cafes. Lavrio resort is located in the southern part of the Attica region, 60 minutes drive from the center of Athens and the Acropolis, 35 minutes from the Athens airport and 15 minutes from the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio, as well as a short drive from the beautiful sandy beaches of the Sounio resort. The nearest sandy beach is Perdika, 2.5 km away. It is 5 minutes drive from the apartment. We also highly recommend Puntazeza Beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and a beach bar with refreshing drinks and a restaurant located 5 km distance from the apartment. And of course the famous Aegeon beach also with sunbeds, umbrellas with a beach bar and a restaurant. This beach is 15 minutes drive from the apartment it is at the foot of the Temple of Poseidon and has amazing view of the Cape.
