Villa Mirani in Porto Hydra Village is an exclusive location in a gated private village complex with a private beach, waterways and 24 hours security. Located in Akti Idras, close to the historical port of Ermioni and to the three main Greek island: Hydra, Spetses and Poros, which can be reached by car, ferry and water taxi. Villa Mirani has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wardrobes and air-con in bedrooms. Open plan kitchen and lounge, roof terrace & ground terrace with views to garden, pool, sea & mountains, a secluded plot with a private swimming pool, built in BBQ & bench area, beautiful kept garden, private parking bay and free Wi-fi. Upstairs: Double bedroom, sliding doors to terrace with views to the sea, garden and pool. Second bedroom two single beds, balcony looking to the pool and mountains. Bathroom - bath with shower, toilet & sink. Downstairs: Double bedroom, sliding doors to a terrace. Bathroom - Shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. Utility area for storage – iron, ironing board and washing line for your use. Open plan kitchen leading to living room area. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and table and chairs. Living room with sofa, chaise lounge, decorative fireplace, a flat smart TV with NetFlix. Outside: Sliding doors leading from the kitchen and living room is a large roof covered patio with a dining table and chairs looking out to the garden and olive tree. To the side of the Villa is another seating area facing the pool and a BBQ area with bench seating. A large patio area surrounds the swimming pool. The pool has steps leading in and a low diving platform at deep end. When you book Villa Mirani you will have sole use of the pool. Be aware that all children must to be supervised by an adult at the pool area. Sun loungers and beach towels are provided The private beach is a 10 min walk along the paths and canal, you will be met by the glorious Aegean sea and the island of Hydra

Your hosts are Rani & Christof who both live in Hamburg, Germany. We would like to welcome you to our family holiday home Villa Mirani, located at the Porto Hydra Village. We have been enjoying wonderful family holidays in our beautiful Villa in Porto Hydra Village for the past 25 years.... where we can unwind and relax with a book and a glass of local wine, have a swim in the pool or stroll down to the beach and in the evening enjoy eating at one of the many taverna's. The garden is my mother’s (Rani´s) pride and joy, it is thoughtfully planted with mature shrubs and flowering plants and with a beautiful old olive tree. She owns the villa on the opposite plot but is not there while we are renting out and looks after everything during her stays with dilligence. The private beach is quiet and only accessable for guests and owners. A private sun umbrella, sun-lounges and a table is set up on the beach for your personal usage. beach towels are availalble free of charge. Porto Hydra Village is a perfect base to explore the beautiful Islands of Hydra, Poros and Spetses, they are all well worth a day trip. In the immediate area is Thermisia, a small village with a mini-market, a coffee shop as well as a greek take-away taverna. The historical port of Ermioni is a 15 min drive, with all its outstanding tavernas and bars. This is a very popular place for people renting yachts to moor their boats and have a stop-over. There is also a large supermarket and a market with fresh produce every Thursday. In the opposite direction towards Pigadia, there are two family run tavernas with stunning sea views. We are close to Hotel Barcolo, here you can enjoy the spa, restaurants, infinity pool and bar during your stay. Makis Beach is close by, offering beachside sun loungers, cocktails and restaurant where you can relax to the gentle music vibe. There are many tavernas offering fresh seafood and traditional food that you will be spoilt for choice. Porto Hydra Village is a 2.5 hours drive from Athens or you can get a boat from Piraeus to Ermioni. From Ermioni we are a 15 min car journey through the small village of Thermisia. You will need a car to explore.
