Villa Kallisti is a 2bed/2bath totally individual villa surrounded by a 400 sq.m private garden full of fruitful trees and blooming flowers. Carefully designed and elegantly decorated it provides all the facilities needed in order for our guests to enjoy relaxed and carefree holidays. It is located at a beautiful and peaceful spot next to nature but only a few minutes away from the cosmopolitan town of Lefkada where a great selection of restaurants, bars, shops , supermarkets and other amenities can be found. Villa Kallisti is spread at one ground floor which gives easy access to all spaces indoor and outdoor. It features one bedroom with a king size bed that can be separated to 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. The second bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The open space kitchen along with the dining room and the living room with its lovely fireplace face towards the veranda and the big yard hence make the place idyllic to enjoy nature’s calmness and serenity throughout the year. Our comfortable sofa can be used as a double bed for two extra guests or for children. Around the house there is a big veranda with swings where guests can relax and embrace the channel view while the sun goes down. A/C in all rooms, free Wi-Fi. On the exterior there are shaded and unshaded areas, a hot tub, a built-in BBQ, sunbeds, umbrellas, table tennis, a dining area and a lounge. We also offer bicycles (free of charge) for our guests who like outdoor activities and wish to explore nature and the surroundings. A car is highly recommended to move around. Free parking outside the house. There are bus services from Lefkada town twice per day and taxis 24/7.

Agia Varvara is a quiet seaside village that faces Lefkada town and Lefkas Marina hence the amazing sunset views. The wonderful secret beach of Vagia is less than 2kms from our home as well as the village of Plagia with its famous meat restaurants. Many other wonderful beaches can be found nearby such as Ammoglossa, Agios Ioannis and Gyra as well as Myloi which is known for wind and kite surfing, all within a 7 min drive. Aktio airport is only 20 min drive. Lefkada town is only 5 min away and it offers everything a guest can ask for. Theaters, museums, live concerts and cultural events mostly at summertime offer a unique experience to all guests. At the port, one can rent all, from small boats to yachts, sailing boats and speedboats and enjoy the picturesque bays and beaches of the island. In addition to the rental boats and cruises, there are daily connections with all other Ionian islands.
