Property information

Kalafatis country villa can host up to 6 guests.It is built on two levels with verandas on both levels.The house is fully equiped,with private pool,barbeque,parking for three cars,large exterior surface,dinning place(exterior&interior),fully equiped kitchen,living room with a big plasma TV and fireplace. On the second floor there are two bedrooms(the one with double bed,the second one with two single beds), which both share a bathroom. Both bedrooms have verandas with view towards the Aegean sea. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds an its own bathroom. There is also a bathroom with shower for the guests.

Neighbourhood information

Kalafatis beach is approximately 5 minutes walking distance from the villa, where guests can do plenty of activities such as watersports,windsurfing,jetskis,horse back riding,scubadiving etc. The house is also 10 minutes away by foot from Agia Anna beach and 5 minutes away by car from Kalo Livadi beach. Next to the house there are plenty greek taverns,restaurants,a mini market(10 min. walking distance)and supermarket (10 min.away by car).
