Complex of 2 independent apartments, in the heart of Rethymno. They are separated in two floors, one on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor. On the first floor you will find a 27m² sized studio with all the requirements. It accommodates 1-3 persons: one person in a single bed and two people in a sofa bed. It provides a kitchenette, little fridge, toaster, filter coffee washing machine and a balcony with garden view. On the 2nd floor you will find a 40m2 sized mesonet. It accommodates up to 4 people: two people in a double bed on the upper floor and two people in a sofa bed on the lower floor. It provides a full kitchen, fridge, toaster, filter coffee, washing machine and a balcony with garden view.

The location is unique as it is situated directly across the street of the “green lung” which is the municipal garden of Rethymno. In its center - and yet in the middle of the green trees - you can enjoy your coffee as well as a few snacks in a cozy cafe. Furthermore, it is in close proximity to the Venetian old town with the fortress and all of Rethymno’s shopping opportunities. Right around the corner you can stroll through the idyllic alleys, stop off in one of the many cafes, buy souvenirs and clothes of all kinds and of course enjoy the traditional Cretan dishes in one of the many local taverns in the city. The sea and the beach promenade, which are within walking distance of 250m, invite you to sunbathe and to visit the beach taverns of Rethymno as well as the cocktail bars in the evening.
