Property information

Tucked away in the quaint fishing village of Katelios, our complex is a sanctuary for those seeking harmony with nature. Here, the rhythm of the waves and the whisper of olive groves replace the noise of everyday life. As soon as you exit our plot you come across the beach of the village. The highlight of the property is our stunning pool, surrounded by a lush green garden filled with flowers and perfectly positioned to offer panoramic views of the bay. Wake to the sound of the creek and fall asleep under star-filled skies—no crowds, just calm.

Neighbourhood information

In Katelios seafront, just a 6-minute walk from the village center, where you’ll find a variety of taverns, bars, and cafés, and only 1 minute from Katelios Beach. The region is part of the Natura 2000 network, known for its ecological importance. To the south lies the calm and serene sea of Katelios Bay, where dawn and sunset create a magical atmosphere. To the east flows the Katelios stream, which is a year-round water source and home to various wildlife, including frogs, crickets, and birds, depending on the season, nightingales, scops owls, bee-eaters, swallows, crows, and jays.
