The accommodation is on the ground floor of a beautiful two-story house. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 open-plan living room-kitchen. All rooms (except the bathroom) have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare full meals with ease. The extra beds in the bedrooms (except for the double and 4 single beds) are foldable. The comfortable courtyard with its large dining area and unique view of the sea, the Gulf of Evia, and the island of Evia makes the accommodation an ideal destination for peace and relaxation. On the property and right in front of it, there is a 300 m² fenced-in open space where our younger guests can play safely. On the upper floor of the accommodation, there is another independent apartment that can accommodate up to 7 more people. (Sea view house II) For large families or groups who want to vacation together in 2 independent apartments. The accommodation is located in a lush, quiet environment with panoramic views of the sea and the island of Evia. It is 15 km from the beautiful city of Chalkida with its unique phenomenon of "crazy waters" and 15 km from the city of Oropos, which is connected by ferry to the island of Evia. The accommodation is located 550 meters from the sea and a small beach, which is visited only by the few residents of the area. There are other small, picturesque beaches within walking distance. 1.7 km from the accommodation there is: Supermarket Greengrocer Butcher Bakery and Coffee and brunch shop. 1.5 km from the accommodation there is a beautiful sandy beach with an organized beach bar with umbrellas and sunbeds.
