Seabreeze Villa Marianna Analipsi Herakion,Crete Just a few metres from the beach, this magnificent villa, offers the visitor privacy in a high fenced area surrounded by gardens with natural grass, a private swimming pool and a one hoop basketball court, a bbq area, verandas and patios. Ideal for families or groups of friends it can host up to 8 people in its 4 bedrooms. Indoor and outdoor living rooms and dining rooms gather the family/friends creating cherished moments for the years to come.
This villa was originally created by the owners as a beach house for their family of 6. It was built with the love of someone who wants to offer the best to the people they love and it continues to have the same purpose for the guests. Having travelled a lot, the hosts have a clear vision of what the visitor would expect in order to create lovely memories for the years to come.
Seabreeze Villa Marianna is only 2 minutes’ walk from the beautiful beaches of Analipsi. In a walking distance of 2-5 minutes one may find reastaurants, bars and cafés, super markets, pharmacies and tennis courts where tournaments are held throughout the year. In 10 minutes’ drive one may also find jone of the most organised area of golf courts in Greece. The airport is only 10-12’ drive. Everything the visitor might need is at a walking distance. Restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, and of course the wonderful beaches of Analipsi, all are so close to this villa, that one does not need to move the car from the parking spot. There is a private parking for up to 4 cars in an area with shade which is supplied by the owners with no charge.
