Sea-Esta Villas are three individual Villas located in a very quiet and beautiful area of Koskinou Village in Rhodes. Their location offers a chance for relaxation and tranquility on the terrace of each one’s private pool. The sounds of the nature and the spectacular view of the sea will make you create unforgettable memories and enjoy your holidays to the fullest. Their unique architecture will make you feel very welcomed and at home. ‘’Thalassa’’ is the first Villa, which means the Sea. The second Villa is ‘’Petra’’, which means the Rock and the third one is ‘’Helios’’, which means the God Sun. The three elements that couldn’t describe better the beauty of magical Rhodes. All of the Villas have 3 fully air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds in warm tones and a unique bohemian design, which reflects the nature itself. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor. There is a stair down that leads to the third bedroom, which comes with a double bed, a sofa and its own bathroom with shower. There is one bathroom on each floor. Also, there is a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate your culinary habits, as well as your experiments with local products and recipes. The beautiful living room is inviting with incredible furniture. There are smart TVs in each bedroom and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. All areas are carefully decorated in natural colors and textures. The property’s outdoor space is a highlight on its’ own merit. You will totally enjoy your time at the private swimming pool. Nature and modern Living are perfectly combined together to make your stay a memorable one.

Between Rhodes and Faliraki you will find the picturesque village of Koskinou. It is located 6 kilometers from the capital of the island. Koskinou consists of 2 parts: The old village and the newer coastal area. The modern side of Koskinou is considered one of the most popular destinations for family holidays in Rhodes. It is well known for its narrow streets, the churches and the numerous traditional old houses decorated with the Rhodian style. It has numerous cafes and taverns where you can enjoy delicious food, even international cuisine, and good wine. However, the place will astonish you once you enter the labyrinth with the countless paths that will lead you to the other part of the Koskinou, the old village. The village has beautiful cobbled streets, whitewashed squares filled with colorful flowers. It is worth visiting the famous Traditional House, decorated with handmade wefts and ceramic figs. Koskinou has a great archaeological interest and rich history since the 4th century AD. The 13th-century Medieval castle and the chapels built in the 4th century are worth visiting. Just 6 kilometers far, you will find the famous Kalithea Springs that considered as one of the most distinctive landmarks on the island of Rhodes. Although the spa is no longer in operation, this fabulous building and unique architectural monument, surrounded by palms and pine trees, has been recently restored, converted to dinning and café facilities.
