Villa Melani’s ground level unit, is a spacious two bedroom ensemble designed by award-winning architectural firm AGARCH +. All of the furniture is hand-crafted with all natural, local woods and other materials. The full kitchen is stocked with a variety of soft drinks and alcohol. Included with every booking is a gift-bag of spirits produced by local distillery EVA. Drink them or take them with you to share the spirit and aroma of Lesvos with friends back home. As you slide open the floor to ceiling glass doors you’re greeted by a canopy of shady mulberry trees over a seating area where you can enjoy lunch or dinner. Just beyond is a well-groomed olive grove with plenty of space and shade for children to play and explore. In the corner of the grove is a raised wooden sun deck overlooking the bay. There’s also a suspended hammock-bed where one or two can enjoy a siesta if so inclined. A step down from grove is the colorful pebble beach where an umbrella and sun beds await those who would like to add a little color themselves.
