Our family and value for money 2nd floor apartment is located by the beach of Loutraki (on pedestrian zone) with seaside view. Located in the city center, fully equipped and fine decorated with style providing a pleasant and efficient stay!
I live and work in Athens, but I love Loutraki, and try to spend as many days as I can, next to the beautiful sea. Love to meet and host new guests, and welcome back old and loved ones.
We love to face the sea view and enjoy the beach more than once during the day! The pedestrian zone just in front of the building is amazing to start riding the bicycle without the noise of the car and the traffic.
The central Loutaki Bus station is less than 300m from the house. The location of the apartments is very convenient for the daily shopping, since everything is just around the corner.
