Our house is about 3 km from the beach in an absolutely quiet location. There are fruit trees in the garden and you can pick your own fruit directly. The house was completely restored in 2021. Ideal for people with a rental car. Drive to the beach takes 8 minutes. On the beach there are taverns and various small supermarkets where you can get everything you need. If required, we can also provide you with a catering service. We can send you a menu and drinks menu for catering on request. We target regular customers. That means that our top priority is that you are satisfied with your stay in the Serenity House and come back again.
We are Austrians, living since more than 25 years in Greece
Epanomi is a small village about 20 km outside of Thessaloniki. The "Potamos" beach, 3 km away from the house, has many clubs and entertainment options, as well as facilities for children (Luftburg etz). Everything is very natural and not overcrowded. So ideal for driving down.
