The studio is about 33 sq.m, located on the ground floor, with a private yard of approximately 40 sq.m. It sits right in front of Rafina’s beautiful sandy beach. The apartment offers all the essential amenities. It features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a closet, plus a sofa that can be used as a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom includes a shower with hot water and a washing machine. In the private yard, you can relax and enjoy your coffee or lunch, sheltered from the sun and rain. The apartment is also surrounded by a garden.
