Inside, three elegantly appointed bedrooms (two of them with en with en-suite bathrooms) and a flowing living–kitchen space welcome up to 7 guests, offering a harmonious blend of style, comfort, and shared moments. Set in the serene Kalamaki area, this villa is an authentic retreat sculpted from earthen materials, where design meets effortless elegance. The 200m² outdoor sanctuary features a 25m² non-heated pool with 1.40m depth, multiple loungers, and lush gardens. Alfresco living is effortless with a shaded dining area equipped with charcoal BBQ and sink, while a ping pong table adds playful moments. Private parking for up to three cars completes this thoughtfully curated outdoor haven, designed for leisure, style, and the gentle rhythms of coastal life.
 For wellness and leisure, enjoy an exercise bike, a 40” Smart TV, and a PS5, ensuring both relaxation and playful moments during your stay. Seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, the living area opens onto the pool & sunlit terrace. Designed for effortless gatherings and tranquil retreats, the villa accommodates up to six guests in real beds, with room for one extra guest on the sofa bed, totaling seven guests. One bedroom rests on the ground floor, while two more are perched on the first floor, offering privacy and comfort for all.
