This is a luxurious heaven, featuring an iconic 40sqm private pool with premium sun beds, five spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, outdoor playground, making it a dream holiday home that can comfortably welcome up to 10 guests ( two more children can be accommodated upon request) to unwind. Ensconced within a 1.000m2 estate, this grande house complete with 40m2 outdoor pool and spectacular grounds has been designed with group gatherings in mind. The Luxury Residence promises a getaway less than ordinary. Exuding characterful appeal, affording an idyllic backdrop for celebratory escapes with indulgence at the fore, perfect for family-led forays and well-being retreat breaks. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed. Events are not allowed. Cleaning is provided every two days and towels & linen change once per week. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
