Guests love the sense of privacy and tranquility, with direct beach access (just 1-minute walk away) and breathtaking views of the sunrise over the sea. Vourvoulos Beach offers a raw, natural charm with its volcanic rocks and crystal-clear waters — a true escape from crowded, commercial beaches. For a more comfortable swim, we recommend bringing beach shoes. Within 5–15 minutes by car, you’ll find: the village of Vourvoulos with local tavernas and a minimarket (5’) Fira (10’) for shops, restaurants, bars, and scenic walks Oia (15’) for its famous sunset and architecture and Santorini Airport (10’) This area is ideal for travelers looking to relax in nature, yet remain close to all the island’s highlights. Car rental is highly recommended, as there is no public transport in the area and having your own vehicle offers total freedom to explore.
