Next to the city center in a quiet neighborhood you will find S/Markets, cafes, taverns, traditional shops and municipal sports centers. Almost 30m from the apartment you can find a large cycle path for the guests to enjoy the walks or safe biking. The path extends throughout the whole city and reaches the beach and the downtown. Visit the historic center (1km), the Museums (Archaeological, Folk, Military, Archaeological, Benaki Museum, etc.), the Venetian Castle (2km). The distance from the city's international airport is 8 km Kalamata has plenty of large beaches (sandy and pine trees) that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor. The closest one is just 1km away from the apartment! With a daily short trip, you will find the characteristic seaside villages of Mani, Kardamili (35km), Stoupa (40km), Agios Nikolaos (45km), Aghios Dimitrios (50km) and Trachila (50km)
