Συγκεκριμένα, είναι στον πρώτο όροφο κτιρίου, επί της παραλιακής οδού, και το μπαλκόνι του έχει θέα στη θάλασσα, στον κόλπο της Αλυκής, με το υπέροχο ηλιοβασίλεμα.
