There are two apartments - all with sea and mountain view - on the second floor- access by LIFT or stairs. Anna's latest hobby of mosaics now adorn the apartments! One apartment has two sea facing balconies. It has two single beds in the bedroom with the space for a fold up bed. In the living area there is a a full sized bed. The bathroom has a bath/shower, toilet and basin. The second apartment again on the second floor has a corner balcony stretching from living room round to bedroom. one double bed in the bedroom. There is full sized bed in the sitting room area for child or third guest. The bathroom has a newly fitted walk in shower, toilet and basin. There is a separate corridor between rooms. All kitchenettes have similar facilities. With a microwave, oven and hob, with a large fridge and a lot of kitchen utensils there is enough for anyone to cook a meal when necessary. There are double glazed windows, with hot and cold a/c available. We provide umbrellas for the morning sun but in the afternoon the sun moves round and so there is shade making it lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. I have lived here for over 40 years and being a great walker having written a book about walks in lassithi county, so I know alot about the surrounding area and further afield. if you want guided walks ask me in advance when you book. I can direct you to out of town good authentic tavernas and keep you up to date with what is going on in the town. I have a good lending library of books including maps and cretan history. As we live on the premises we are available any time of the day for information and any extras you might need in the apartment can usually be provided. I have adorned both apartments with mosaics including clocks which are also on sale.

One of the favourite attractions that holiday makers have told me is that the apartment is so ideally situated - The road is flat so an easy walk to the local shops, restaurants and beach, all within 5 minutes walk. There are several beaches nearby with facilities and most of the year they are sheltered and safe for everyone to swim - no red flags here. We have a small stadium in front of the building so seaview and mountains are not hidden, The stadium is free for anyone wishing to keep fit!! We can arrange transport from the airport - be it taxi, hired car or bus. We can arrange to pick you up from the agios nikolaos bus station if you have luggage and prefer not to do the 15 minute walk.
