ILLEGAL uses are NOT ALLOWED. 4. Smoking is not allowed indoors. 5. From May to September, please dispose of food waste daily, either in the bin provided on the balcony or in public bins on the streets. 6. Every time you leave the apartment, even if the weather is good, please close the balcony doors. 7. In summer, set the air conditioners to 23 degrees (not lower) and in winter to 26 degrees (not higher). For the proper functioning of the air conditioners, the set temperature should not differ by more than 10 degrees from the outside environment. 8. The area where the property is located is very central, just 2 minutes from the city's main square. Parking is allowed on the surrounding streets. Very close by there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, opposite there is a bakery and next door a greengrocer.
