Situated in Agia Village and close to Perama, complete with 500m2 private land and two outdoor 30m2 private pools (one of them can be heated). The Villa features 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms with Fully equipped kitchens making it an ideal multigenerational holiday home for 16 guests to come together. Home 1 (Ground & First Floor) | 3 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms, Living Room & Kitchen (can sleep 8 guests) | Home 2 (Ground Floor) | 3 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms, Living Room & Kitchen (can sleep 8 guests). 12 guests sleep in real beds & 4 additional guests can sleep at the two available folding sofas located in the living rooms. Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. Additional Fees | Pool heating service will be offered complimentary. Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Panormo Village & Bali Village also features wonderful sandy beaches, which is the closest to the villa, within 20 minutes driving, with shallow waters making it ideal for families.
