Set well back from the road, each villa is thoughtfully spaced apart to ensure guests enjoy both serenity and personal space. Outdoor Living at Its Best Relax on your private furnished terrace complete with a traditional brick BBQ and shaded pergola—perfect for al fresco dining. The terrace also features an outdoor fan and an electric sun tent for added comfort on hot days. A large outdoor dining table with director’s chairs, plus two sun loungers, invites you to unwind in the garden. There is gated off-road parking shaded by olive trees conveniently located behind the house. Comfortable & Spacious Interiors The ground floor features an open-plan living area with a 3-seater and 2-seater sofa, armchair, dining table, flatscreen TV, DVD player, and stereo system. A double sofa bed in the living area comfortably sleeps two people, and one folding bed is available upon request. A shower room with WC is also located on the ground floor for added convenience. Well-Equipped Kitchen & Facilities Prepare meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher. A washing machine, clothes drying rack, and ironing facilities are also provided for your convenience. Peaceful Bedrooms with Sunset Views Upstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with its own wardrobe, air conditioning unit, and access to a spacious front balcony offering beautiful sunset views. There is also a second shower room upstairs. For added comfort, a large 24,000 BTU air conditioning unit is installed in the living room, ensuring the entire villa stays cool during warm summer days. Insect nets are fitted on all windows for a peaceful night’s sleep.

Guests will be welcomed by our English friend, Claire, who will hand over the keys, give a tour of the house, and explain how everything works. She lives nearby and will be available to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay.

Nea Skioni is a picturesque fishing village nestled on the west coast of the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki. Many visitors return year after year, drawn by its friendly atmosphere and the fact that it remains delightfully uncrowded compared to other destinations in the area. While having a car is helpful for exploring the surrounding region, it’s not absolutely essential—everything you need is within easy reach. The village is well-equipped with four grocery stores, an excellent bakery, two butchers, three fishmongers, a patisserie, a pharmacy, an ATM, a few souvenir shops, and a good selection of restaurants. The harbour is the highlight of Nea Skioni. It’s especially charming in the evenings—perfect for a relaxing stroll—and you can even buy fresh fish directly from the boats as they come in. The beach stretches along the coast with mostly soft sand, and in the central area, several beachfront restaurants offer free sunbeds and parasols for their guests. Families will love the large square where children play freely, along with amenities like a beach volleyball court, outdoor showers, and a lively kiosk selling cold drinks, ice creams, snacks, and more.
