Olive House was rebuilt in 2021 in Nea Peramos just 500m from the beach. The accommodation is air conditioned and provides all amenities to each guest. In the surrounding area there is a kiosk and barbecue. The house consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. There are two flat-screen TVs and a well-equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The accommodation is in an advantageous position as it is located 500m from the sea and very close to the beach of the ammolofous, in the neighborhood there is a bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, gas station and tennis and football court. In just 500m you will find taverns, restaurant, cafe , patisserie, as well as landscaped areas for children to play
