Two of the bedrooms of the Villa are located on the ground floor, the former features one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00). There is also a bathroom located on the ground floor. The latter bedroom of the ground floor features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, boasting en suite bathroom. The further three bedrooms are located on the first floor, the first features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed, boasting en suite bathroom. A staircase leads to an Attic type bedroom featuring one Queen size bed (1,60x2,00). This bedroom also boasts en suite bathroom. It also features a specially designed area, where one more guest can be accommodated in one folding bed. The master bedroom of the Villa, features two single beds (0,90x2,00) that are joined to form a King size bed boasting en suite bathroom. Bonus: There is a hidden attic type fairytale room on the first floor that can accommodate two extra guests. - Heated Pool & Outdoor whirlpool (with extra fee) operate seasonally (end of March - middle of November) - Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature. 
- Additional Fees | 80euros /day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.


TheTree Villa is located in the settlement of Gallos, a wonderful location southwest of the city of Rethymno, within just 5 kilometres away. It has been declared a traditional settlement since 1995.
