Under the Aqueduct boutique house is a totally renovated in 2020 -luxury house built in 1960,in the center of Kavala in the beautiful old town. It consists of 2 floor-apartments. Both apartments provide an amazing view over the medieval Aqueduct. Both of them consist of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen,an elegant living room ,a laundry machine,2 flat screen tvs, netflix, wifi, dinner tables, kitchenware and all the amenities you need for a relaxing accommodation! The "Aqueduct" (with big balcony) apartment on the first floor -decorated in white and blue pales- provides a big veranda to relax and enjoy the charming view. The "Castle" (deluxe) apartment on the second floor-decorated in neutral pales- provides a smaller balcony with an amazing view over the medieval Aqueduct and the city center. We reconstructed the interior with a modern design but with respect to the character of the picturesque old town. Both apartments are accessible by stairs. Due to the type of the building there are no private parking facilities in the property.But free street parking is allowed in our neighborhood or nearby streets.Moreover there are 2 free public parking lots nearby and 3 private secured parking spaces in a short walking proximity.

The property is situated between the very center and old town. t is literally next to the famous old medieval aqueduct and provides an amazing view of it! The neighborhood is a live but picturesque place and you can find cafes, restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, shops nearby. Moreover it is in a short walking distance from the port , the sea and the castle! Its convenient location makes it ideal for exploring both the old and new town by foot!
