Vera Villa is a seaside house which is fully renovated in 2023 and will be the scenery to create your own wonderful memories. The villa consists of two independent apartments which both of them will be in your use with your privacy absolutely respected. In both the guests will find a living room a fully- equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a king size bed and a bathroom. All of them have access in a common veranda with breathtaking seaview. Each of the apartments is able to host 4 people. It is suitable both for families and for group of friends.
The house is among pine trees. The outdoor spaces offer unique furnishing, where you can spend fun days in the sun. Also you can have a nice lunch and relax with your loved ones looking out to a magnificent view of the Ionian Sea. There is a direct connection via outdoor space to the private beach. The house is hedjed in a private area 2.000m² by the host.
The house is located in a very quiet and calm neighborhood surrounded by small cottages. There aren’t any hotels nearby so noise is not a factor to worry about. Close to the house are super markets, pharmacy and other local services.
