My name is Annita and I am Greek. I have spent every summer in this summer house for the past 25 years. I can help you with with anything you might need through our house caretaker and I can get you any booking to the most exclusive restaurant, beach or club reservations. The villa is right on the water with a semi private beach right below and if the weather is good, you can also swim out to the little inhabited Island across from our house (called Bao island) and play Robinson Crusoe at its pristine beaches. I will be more than happy to assist you with any demand you might have. Elias, our caretaker who is in charge of the villa will meet you upon arrival at the villa unless if you need a minivan transfer from the airport or the port to the villa, that you can arrange with our transfer company to escort you back to the villa. Elias will demonstrate all the basic features of the house. Before or during your stay, we can always discuss all the various opportunities of the things to do on the island. We will provide you with some suggestions and Elias will be on call to assist you with anything that you might need during your stay.

Villa Annita, 227sq.m on a 1008sq.m property, located right on the water in Kanalia, 4 mins drive to Ornos and 7 mins to town. Main house has 5 bedrooms, 5 fully renovated bathrooms & kitchen and a 6th guest room separate from the main house, located in the back garden at an EXTRA CHARGE. The villa has a 12mX8m saltwater swimming pool, a bbq, multiple lounge/eating areas & outdoor 7 seater jacuzzi, Starlink fast internet as well as regular WiFi. Price includes a 2h daily cleaning service.
