It is an old reconstucted traditional building which is bigger than the other houses of the area and it has characteristic type of architecture that make it special. The building is a remarkable example of the village, where in its entirety, in the coherent part has maintained its traditional character. The repair and full recovery and resetting of the form will help the aesthetic improvement of the village and our aim is to become a reference point and imitations for repair - restoration and for other abandoned structure in the settlement.

With your reservation you book all the mansion and not a part of it. Actually, all bedrooms are independent, each with its own bathroom and its own front door to the pool. Also one lounge is completely independent and with its own exit to the pool ! Please, make yourself feel at home, you will have “exclusive” access to all the villa and its structures since this is a private villa.

Kyrianna is a village of the prefecture of Rethymno, located shortly after the Adele on the road towards the Arkadi monastery, 14 km southeast of the city of Rethymno. The villa is located in the centre of the settlement of Kirianna. This settlement has been characterized as traditional, second stage, medium civilazation's value. In the center of the village of Kirianna there is the Byzantine Church of Panagia with crossstyle architecture. In front of the the Church there is a belfry with three arches, unique in beauty and masterful in detail. After a walking distance of 2 min there are a lot of traditional coffee shops, mini market and butchery. About 1-3km distance from the village there is a bakery, petrol station and two greek taverns. The neighbourhood is very quiet. There is bus transport every one hour to down town. The youngsters or those with young spirit, in down town Rethimno there is a free life : they can party and dance in clubs and beach bars until the daylight !
