Villa Daniela is a brand-new property, built in 2020 (finished in March 2020). You can choose between our 3-bedroom Villa or the one-bedroom apartments. It is build according to high quality standards and it offers private infinity pools, free WiFi, satellite TV, wine and champagne cave, sports activities, private parking, sea view. The residence sits at about 150m above sea level and is only around 1.500m from the sea. Our residence offers you large terraces and luxurious pools with endless sea views to gaze upon. We are sure you will enjoy the sensational sunsets and breath-taking, romantic nights under the moonlight. All of the accommodation types are fully airconditioned and they include their own private parking, a large terrace and direct access to their infinity pool. We also offer to all of our guests, free access to the fitness area and of course an unlimited, view of the sea. The residence is an ideal destination for sportspersons and especially cyclists: we offer bikes (racing, MTB, e-bikes) for rent, training packs for cyclists and an open fitness area. Nikos (Greek-Luxembourger) & Daniela (Italian-Luxembourger) created Villa Daniela fuelled by their knowledge of international culture and their love of the aesthetic, quality of life, sports, sun and sea. The owners speak fluently English, French, German, Italian, Luxembourgish and Greek. They are keen to show you the area, help you discover local culture, gastronomy and especially wine (a good champagne and wine cave is in the property). Nikos, a passionate cyclist, is especially keen to help you with advice, instructions and company if you choose to ride one of our bicycles or to follow a cycling-training-pack. Nikos knows well the best places to visit in the area and he is always available to give you the right proposals. He even maintains a list of selected restaurants and taverns in the area where you will be received as a special guest

Villa Daniela is located in Koutsounari, a small seaside village, which can be found just 8km east of Ierapetra and 43km southeast of Agios Nikolaos. It is close to the picturesque village Agios Ioannis which sits nestled in the Thripti mountain range. Situated on a lush green hillside surrounded by many olive groves and pine trees, the Villa overlooks Long Beach on the South Cretan Sea coast which lays just 1 km away. Within a radius of just 1 km you will find almost everything you require to enjoy your stay at Villa Daniela. There are several mini markets for your daily supplies, a pharmacy, medical services and several excellent, seaside taverns and restaurants. Several magnificent beaches with crystal clear waters are in the area. Some of them are organized (sunbeds, umbrellas, drinks) some other totally untouched and people-empty. The Long Beach (2km long coarse greyish beach) is just in front of us, the beaches of Achlia, Agia Fotia, Ferma within 3 to 4 km, Makrigialos at 8km, etc. The airport of Heraklion is 100km.
