Spanning approximately 100 square meters, Villa Dimitrios is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, ensuring a cozy and indulgent stay. The villa features 2 well-appointed bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 parking space in front, and 1 additional space at the entrance, with amenities including free Internet, a loft, and access to a playground. Interior and Amenities: • Bedrooms: The villa includes two bedrooms with double beds, each equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and private balconies or patios offering breathtaking valley views. • Living Area: The open-plan living space is designed for relaxation, featuring comfortable seating, a 32-inch LCD TV, and air conditioning. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, mini bar, and refrigerator, along with utensils, supports self-catering. • Bathrooms: Two modern en-suite bathrooms with showers provide privacy and convenience for all guests. Outdoor Features: • Private Pool: The villa boasts a private swimming pool, approximately 30-40 square meters, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the scenic surroundings. • BBQ Amenity: An outdoor BBQ area is available for al fresco dining and entertaining. • Outdoor Furniture: Sunbeds, umbrellas, and a comfortable seating area are provided, complemented by a large playground for young visitors. An environmental fee (15 euro per night from March–October, 4 euro per night from November–February) applies by law. This fee is not included in your booking total and will be collected separately upon arrival.
