The house is located in Svoronata, a village in the southwest of the island in the Livathos, which is famous for its many beautiful beaches. It is 1Km from the airport, 6km from Argostoli, and the famous beaches Platis and Makris Gialos. Organized beaches are within 1-1.5 km with easy access even on foot. At 300m there is the nearest grocery store, but also in the village there are restaurants with possibility of delivery, cafes and car rental. It is an ideal place for hiking or cycling.
