The land plot area of this villa is 550m² and the total living area is 155m². The villa is a three-storey house, located in two levels and can sleep in total 8 people. On the lower level is the pool area which also has a separated newly renovated and fully equipped Studio and the upper level which consists of the ground floor (living room area & kitchen) and the first floor (bedrooms & bathrooms). Starting from the top the first floor has three newly renovateds bedrooms and can sleep 6 people; there is a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and balcony with amazing sea view, a second bedroom with a double bed and a built-in closet, and the third bedroom with two single beds. On the same floor there is also a big, shared bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor there is a bright open living room with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table and a beautiful fireplace, also leading to a balcony with great views. Next to it you will find the large dining area, a fully functional kitchen and a small WC with shower. On the lower, pool area level, there is a brand-new renovated (in 2023) studio; Is a fully equipped 35m² house that can sleep another 2 people, it has a double bedroom, kitchen and living room area, fridge, and a bathroom. This studio can also sleep 2 people and/or can be used from guest that enjoy the pool to have easier access to all necessary amenities that the studio can provide.
