My name is Dimitra, and I own this property for many years. I own a small, busy and more than 20 years clothing shop in the town of Parikia. This Villa is my life, so I take care of it as I take care of my life.

Property information

The property is located in a small hill just before the small town of Parikia. The view is amazing as you can see the port of Parikia and the open sea, while you enjoy a drink in the sunbeds we provide.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located less than a mile from the town of Parikia (walking distance). There are shops nearby where you can buy fresh local food or have some greek coffee and deserts. Restaurants are 1 mile away from the property which is walking distance.
