Villa Santa Barbara sits in an elevated position offering panoramic views extending from Naxos island to the Icarian Sea. Designed by the awarded studio KP-Architects, the villa size is 750m2 and sleeps 14 guests, consisting of 7 spacious double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The villa's design emphasizes outdoor living, offering various leisure options throughout the day. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private infinity pool, unwind in the hot jacuzzi, read your favorite novel under a shaded pergola with a view of the sea, or watch a movie on the 55-inch TV. An outdoor shaded dining area for 14 guests with direct kitchen access, offers the perfect backdrop for memorable meals. Kindly note that parties and/or events are strictly prohibited. All unauthorized persons will be denied entry. There are more than 100 security cameras actively recording continuously video and audio throughout the external areas of the Villa. Tenant and all guests hereby give their full consent to be recorded. Villa's management reserves the right to retain such recordings for up to 45 days following Tenant's checkout. The villa houses full time staff & caretakers. Towels change every morning (2 per bedroom). Linens change every 4 days. Only guests originally booked & passport verified shall be permitted entry.
