Hi, we're Alexia and Nico!
As of the beginning of 2021, we are the new owners of this amazing place on our beautiful island of Skopelos. For us, it is a dream come true - we love the peace and quiet up on the hill in our olive grove with its wonderful view as well as Skopelos Town with its tavernas, excellent restaurants and bars.
Throughout summer, Nico sails guests around the Sporades Islands - when you walk along Skopelos harbor, you might spot his sailing boat "No Stress" or even venture on a trip. Alexia is a journalist working in Germany and Greece. The two of us are supported by our Skopelitian friends Tina and Petro, who take care of our guests when we happen not be there. However, you can always reach us by phone and email with any questions, inquiries and suggestions you might have - and to let us know when you arrive on the island so we may pick you up from the harbor!
Villa Kalypso and Villa Kirki are the ideal destination for people who appreciate exclusivity, peacefulness, tranquility and nature. The houses are self-catering; towels and bed linen are provided. House cleaning, towel and linen-change is every fourth day and is a free service. If you wish for shorter intervals it can be organized with a charge for the additional cleaning. The minimum stay is five days.
The two villa complex faces the town of Skopelos from 300 meters above. It is a 4,5 kilometres uphill distance from the city’s centre, a ten minute drive.
The villas are surrounded by 7 acres of well cared olive trees. Neighbouring houses are visible but don't disturb your sense of exclusivity.
Please be advised that the final stretch of the public road leading up to the villas is rather steep and in part a dirt track. While it is not dangerous as such, some people might find it a bit challenging.
Visitors can visit picturesque Byzantine Monasteries up on Palouki mountain and enjoy stunning views of the Aegean. There's also a really nice mountain trail leading down to the town in about 30 minutes. Be advised that these walks are more suitable for people with some hiking and walking experience.
