Rentals manager for 5 years now, I am trying to improve every year the quality of the services provided to my guests. I am available everyday and nights to help and advise. I am French living in the island of Lefkada for the past 5 years and I will be pleased to share with you my experience and knowledge of the island.

Property information

The villa is newly built from 2016. You haver a direct ac cess to the sea. there is another villa just below on the right side but there is privacy for both villas. Each villa has its own infinity pool and an amazing sea view.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located with another smaller one in a 14 000 M2 land area. You have a path with stairs to access the sea directly. To access the property, there is a dirt road for about 1,5 km. Any kind of cars can reach the property. You will need a car to reach the closest beach, tavernas or supermarket in the surroundings. It is one of the most exceptional view on the island in a peaceful and private area.
