Villa Katerina is located in Glossa on the Greek island of Skopelos. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms along with private swimming pool and sea views. The property consists of a villa and 2 poolside apartments which are rented as a whole. A hire car is essential for this property. The main villa is on the ground floor and has an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, each with their own en suite bathroom. By the pool are 2 studio apartments, each with a double bed and en suite bathroom. Garden with sun terrace. pool, sun loungers, parasols and a barbecue. A local tourist tax of 15 Euros per night is payable directly to the owner. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
