Villa Maria is a spacious triple floored villa with a panoramic view of the sea and the swimming pool, just 350 meters from the nearest beach. The villa has spacious verandas and balconies with the view of the swimming pool and the Mediterranean Sea for breathless moments during especially sunrise and sunset. On ground floor there are the master bedroom with a wc and bathroom on site. Outside this room there is a very beautiful private little garden and its very easy accesible even for disabled people. on the same floor there is one more bedroom with two beds and beautiful view to the swimming pool and the sea. One more bathroom/wc and an independent area with washing machine and some storage. On second floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a 50" TV with satellite channels and Netflix, Wi-Fi. On third floor which faces the surrounding mountains and the beautiful gorge of Pefki you can find a big veranda sit, relax and enjoy the mountain breeze. Dedicated grill area and water supply with some working bench. Outdoor pool with dedicated shower area, playground for our young guests and roofed sitting area for all tenants and residents of the complex. Please notice that outside guests are not allowed to common areas and pool.

Villa Maria is part of a complex of 15 villas called Cretan Blue Villas on Makry Gialos which is about 40 km from Sitia, 30km from Ierapetra which is the nearest city. The name Makry Gialos means “long beach”, and the main characteristic is the long sandy beach with crystal clear, shallow waters, perfect for children and non-swimmers. On the beach near a little picturesque harbor there is a good variety of tavernas, cafes and bars to suit all tastes. A lot of groceries stores, drug stores, bakeries and other stores are there to satisfy your needs. From harbor it self you can join a "pirate" ship for a daily cruise out to the island of Chryssi that you will never forget! Further more there a lot of beautiful beaches waiting for you to explore like Diaskari, Xerokambos, the world famous palm tree forest in Vai and so many more, just ask and we would love to provide you with more info. Numerous monasteries with great history worth a visit in instance Monastery of Kapsa and Toplou that organizes gastronomic experiences of very high level. Surrounding Makry Gialos there are several mountain villages that worth a visit like Pefki with it´s beautiful gorge you should try to hike.
