Our villa, completely rebuilt in May 2023, boasts an exclusive location at the end of a small mountain road with breathtaking sea views. With over 200 square meters of outdoor terrace, we offer a luxurious ambiance that leaves nothing to be desired. The beautifully integrated pool invites you to relax and is equipped with a heat pump, allowing it to be used even in the colder months. Numerous modern hanging chairs invite you to dream and linger. An absolute highlight of our villa is the brand-new padel tennis court, which is exclusively available to our guests. Whether you're looking for exercise or pure relaxation – there's something for everyone here.
My name is Björn Morscheck, and I discovered my love for Kos in 2010. With my children and my wife, I especially love enjoying the many beaches and water sports, especially kitesurfing and wing foiling. In addition to Milan 1, I also offer another villa directly across the street (Milan 2). My daughter Lisa, also an avid Kos lover, lovingly takes care of guests' questions and bookings.
The picturesque coastal town of Mastichari and the shimmering sea are easily accessible in just a few minutes, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the best of both worlds: the tranquility and seclusion of the villa and the lively atmosphere of the coastal town.
