With a Private Pool, Heated Spa Whirlpool, Indoor Gym equipment & Play area, Ping Pong, BBQ Facilities, and boasting 3 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms, it delivers effortless living with indulgent flair. External Living | Private Pool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining Nisos Villa offers a stunning 200m² outdoor space, crafted for leisure. The private pool (1.50m depth, non-heated) invites refreshing dips beneath the Cretan sun. A dining area, complete with charcoal BBQ and outdoor sink, sets the scene for unforgettable al fresco meals. Internal Living | Beds & Baths Spanning 180m² across two floors, Nisos Villa is impeccably furnished with a contemporary, minimalist aesthetic, ensuring a serene environment with luxurious comfort. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds, and two additional guests can be accommodated, one in a folding bed and one in the sofa bed of the living room. The maximum capacity is 8 guests.
 The Villa also includes gym equipment (treadmill, elliptical machine, multi-station, exercise ball, weights), a Ping-Pong table, and a Play area for our little guests.
