Villa Nitsa has a century old history, and its reconstruction was done in June 2019. It is located in the old town of Garitsa.
The villa while in the city gives the feeling of a quiet rural home, a characteristic of the house is that the neighborhood resembles the 1960s, while the house has the comforts of 2020.
The villa has a 200 m² garden with a 10-person table for breakfast or dinner during the summer months.
