Villa Reggina is a detached vacation rental property located in Chionata, Kefalonia. Villa Reggina can sleep up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool (South-East Facing) with barbecue. The gated property with private parking is a single storey villa with an open-plan design. The front door opens into a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas and armchairs with patio doors leading to the poolside terrace. Two bedrooms lead from the open-plan area. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower. There is a twin bedroom and a separate shower room. Outside there is a large private swimming pool, sunbeds with pool towels, dining table, chairs and a full brick BBQ. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
