Lovely villa near the beach ( 2 min walk straight line ), in quiet surroundings, beautiful view of the mountains and the sea. Big territory with the garden. 2 separate floors and entrances, which is perfect for 2 families. 2 bedrooms and a living room with a kitchen on each floor. Outside furniture
.Dear guests, We would like to inform you in advance that the host will be staying in a built-in extension to the villa, with a separate entrance, and will not interfere with guests from 18 July - 5 September each summer.
The beach is just 3 min walk a straight line. TUZ beach lounge beach bar is 600 m walking along the beach. Water sports. Politika town is 2 km drive , and Nea Artaki with beautiful panoramic tavernas , shops , bars is 5 km drive .
