My name is Renia, I am an engineer and I like traveling. With my family we built Villa Verano with a lot of care and love. Our priority is a pleasant and comfortable stay for all our guests. We place great emphasis on the cleanliness of the apartments and on ensuring as many amenities as possible.

Villa Verano is a recently renovated resort in Asprovalta, which is designed to offer low-cost and high quality vacations by the sea. It features three modern, spacious, fully equipped apartments and one studio, that can accommodate 4 to 8 persons each and it is an ideal place for families and group of friends. The resort is designed for comfort and convenience, so as to offer pleasant and memorable hospitality to all the guests. The main advantage of the unit is the short distance to the beach (100m.), as well as its privacy and tranquility, while each apartment has private entrance and private balcony. Each apartment consists of two separate bedrooms with double beds or single beds, living room with one or two sofa beds, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and large furnished balconies with view to the garden or the sea. Studio is ideal for a family with two children, as it consists of one double bed and one bunk bed. Each unit includes: air conditioning, heating, free wi-fi access, flat TV screen with satellite channels, white linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen, hot water, hairdryer, free toiletries, iron, baby cot (on request). * Breakfast is not included

Villa Verano is located in Asprovalta, 70 km away from the city of Thessaloniki and Macedonia airport. Beach is only 1 minute walking distance from the resort and 200m away is the village center, where someone can find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, beach bars, theater etc. The sea is ideal for swimming as it is awarded with Blue Flag every year, since 1989. Close to the apartments there is also a public parking lot and sports facilities.
