Welcome to a truly unique accommodation, a gem of Italian architecture from the early 20th century, fully renovated in 2023 with respect for tradition and the needs of our guests at its core. Located in the heart of the city of Kos, this listing is just 300 meters away from the popular central beach and within a 5-10 minute walk to points of interest such as the harbor, major archaeological sites, and shops of all kinds
We are always available to assist our guests upon their request, to provide all kinds of information, with respect to their privacy.
Our neighborhood is a relatively quiet residential area located in the heart of the city within walking distance to almost all points of interest. There are mostly small buildings with blossomed little gardens while some of the best Greek restaurants are found less than 100 meters away. Within the same distance guest will find cafes, souvenir shops, pharmacy, mini markets and all kinds of commercial establishments. Free parking is available at the streets, right outside the property and at the entire block. We strongly recommend visitors to explore the neighborhood on foot or by bicycle. should they also want to cover a wider area, especially the wonderful sandy beaches outside the city limits.
