Xanthi's Sea Front Villas is a modern villa/apartment type of tourist accommodation, ideal for those seeking relaxation by the sea. It is located in a small seaside community of Patras in the village of Vrachnaiika in Western Greece, approximately 12 km from the port of Patras and 20 minutes from Araxos Airport. Its location makes it easily accessible for travelers arriving by boat or plane, while it offers direct access to a private beach for private moments.
Key Features and Amenities
View and Surroundings: The villas are right next to the sea, with balconies and verandas offering panoramic views of the sea and the mountains. The property is surrounded by a garden, while there is also a picnic area, a children's playground and a public bath.
Facilities: Air conditioning, free high-speed WiFi, free parking. The spaces are equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board and everything you need so that you don't miss anything, free towel-sheet washing service available every 4 days,
